Construction is stainless steel with capacitance-based operation employing cryogenic liquid as the dielectric. As liquid levels fluctuate, the resulting capacitance changes are interpreted by a Cryomagnetics liquid cryogen monitor for readout. For advanced measurement instrumentation, the Model LM-510 Liquid Cryogen Monitor is recommended.
To order sensors, specify the active length required using the provided technical drawing. Standard active lengths are available up to 200 centimeters. Custom sensors with longer inactive sections are available through quote request.
